Julia Roberts Shares Tips For Being An ‘Extraordinary Mom’

When it comes to motherhood, Julia Roberts has learned a thing or two about making herself — and her family — happy.

Access Hollywood caught up with the Academy Award-winning actress at the premiere of her first project as executive producer, “Jesus Henry Christ,” which debuted Saturday at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York, where she shared some of her motherhood tips.

“If you can get through the day with a smile on your face that’s an extraordinary,” the mother of three, who is also producing the Oprah Winfrey Network documentary “Extraordinary Moms,” told Access on Saturday night.

“And if everybody else in your house is also smiling, that’s the truly extraordinary part,” she continued.

The 43-year-old star, who is mom to Henry, 3, and twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, 6, said she also recommends coming together at the end of the day.

”[Never underestimate] the power of dinner,” she added.
