Justin Bieber Performs Cry Me A River Following Split From Selena Gomez

Is Justin Bieber getting through his split with Selena Gomez with a little help from another famous pop star breakup?

Biebs covered Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me River” on Saturday night during a concert in Boston, (though this is not the first time he’s performed the song in concert.)

The singer reportedly took to the stage with only his guitar and one other member from his band and performed a stripped down version of the 2002 ballad, which Justin penned about his split with Britney Spears.

Over the weekend, Selena was spotted in New York City attending a promotional appearance for her Dream Out Loud line with a female friend in tow.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Justin was asked about the split by Open House Party radio show host John Garabedian — and seemed none too pleased with the question.

“I don’t know what to say,” the Biebs said, when asked during the Saturday interview if he had any comment about rampant breakup rumors (neither confirming nor denying the split). “I don’t know if really — if you even know what’s going on in my life, so to even assess that doesn’t make any sense, because I’ve not made any comments.”

The awkward exchange continued as Garabedian said, “Well, let’s move on to the next subject,” and Bieber tersely replied, “That would make sense.”
