Justin Bieber Responds To ‘CSI’ Star Marg Helgenberger Calling Him A ‘Brat’

The Biebs appears to be taking the high road after being dubbed “a brat” by “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation” star Marg Helgenberger.

The small screen veteran was asked about working with the teen singing sensation, who appeared on the CBS series in 2010 and again in 2011, during an interview with French radio show Le Grand Direct des Medias on Friday.

“Justin Bieber wasn’t bad, He’d never acted before,” Marg said. “I supposed I shouldn’t be saying this, but he was kind of a brat… He was very nice to me. But he locked one of the producers in a closet and he put his fist through a cake that was on the cast’s table.”

As for his acting skills, Marg had praise for the Canadian singer.

“He’s actually better than you’d think,” she added.

On Monday, Justin took to his Twitter, writing a series of Tweets possibly fueled by the “brat” comment.

“It’s kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you. I will continue to wish them luck and be kind,” the 17-year-old wrote. “Even last week they had me scolded on a plane in the news because i wasnt in my seat fast enough. She was right and i sat down. That’s news?

“I know who i am and sometimes people r just going 2 say what they want. Keep ur head up and be the man ur mama raised… rumors are just that…rumors,” he continued. “In the end if you just be kind and be yourself people will know who you are. That goes for anyone i think”

He ended his series of Twitter posts with, “as for now…we are in the JUNGLE!!” and linked to a clip of “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” from 1994’s “The Lion King.”
