Justin Timberlake & Jessica Biel Joke About Parenthood During ‘Rare’ Night Out

Date night! New parents Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are
reminding themselves what life was like pre-baby.

The Hollywood power couple stepped out for the Gay, Lesbian
and Straight Education Network Respect Awards in Beverly Hills on Friday night,
and joked about how unusual it is for them to leave the company of
their little one.

“Thank you for allowing mommy and daddy to have a rare
date night out together with other adults,” Justin told the crowd, before turning to Jessica in mock amazement.

“Honey, look around. This is what adults look
like,” he marveled to his wife. “They don’t smell like poopy
diapers.”

He and
Jessica took the stage together to accept the GLSEN Inspiration Award, and applauded
the charity organization for its work benefiting LGBT youth.

“We want to thank you
for leading the way to make our schools more safe, welcoming, and, yes,
inspiring places for all of our children,” Jessica said.

“To be new parents is to witness up close and very
personal the full miracle that every individual girl and boy really is,” she
continued. “So thank you GLSEN so much for all that you do to ensure
individuality of every kid – lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender – is
respected, protected and treasured by our schools.”

While the “Suit & Tie” singer and his actress
love have undoubtedly had a busy home life since welcoming son Silas Randall in
April, they’ve recently managed other notable public appearances as well.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Justin was
inducted into the Memphis Music Hall of Fame on Oct. 17, and got emotional
while receiving his honor.

“This is the f**king coolest thing that has ever happened to me,” the superstar and Tennessee native said, before recognizing his “beautiful, loving and incredibly understanding” wife, who was looking on from the audience.

“Baby, I love you more than I could put into words and more than any song I could ever write,” he told Jessica from the podium.

Justin and Jessica celebrated their third wedding anniversary on Oct. 19.
