Kaley Cuoco Gets Candid About Plastic Surgery: It’s The ‘Best Thing I Ever Did’

Kaley Cuoco has no regrets about going under the knife.

The “Big Bang Theory” star covers the December
issue of Women’s Health, and got candid about the nips and tucks she’s had over
the years to boost her confidence.

“Years ago, I had my nose done,” she told the mag.
“And my boobs – best thing I ever did.”

Kaley’s plastic surgery isn’t all in her past. She went on to reveal that she recently had filler injected into a line in her neck she said had been there since she was 12.

The actress and animal lover wasn’t shy about discussing the decision behind her cosmetic procedures, and why she urges others to make sure it’s something they consider only for themselves.

“As much as you want to love your inner self…I’m sorry, you also want to look good,” Kaley said. “I don’t think you should do it for a man or anyone else, but if it makes you feel confident, that’s amazing.”

Kaley doesn’t rely on a doctor or medical specialist to help maintain her looks, however. She also shared a glimpse into her personal exercise and diet regime – something she admitted she’s had to be more mindful of as she gets older.

“The bottom line is I’m not 21 anymore,” she said, explaining that staying fit “used to be so easy” in her younger years.

Now, Kaley said working out and eating right are staples of her everyday routine. The actress credits hot yoga with making her feel like “a million bucks,” but admitted that running is a dealbreaker.

“I refuse to do it,” she said. 

When it comes to eating mindfully, the star said it’s all about portion control and taking time to listen to your body.

“Half. Always eat half,” she said. “We eat our entire plate and by the end we just want to fall over because we’ve totally overeaten. If you’re still hungry eat it later, but if you think about it you don’t really need it.”

It isn’t just the physical benefit of healthy living that keeps Kaley motivated. She also champions the emotional catharsis that comes with getting her heart pumping.

“I’ve cried numerous times in yoga. The best part is I’m sweating so bad no one can tell,” she joked, adding that Soul Cycle is another good place to let the tears flow, too.

“It’s so dark, you can cry in there too. Everyone’s going through stuff in their lives, every single person,” Kaley said.
