Kate Gosselin & Kids Return To TV In ‘Twist Of Kate’

Kate Gosselin mania continues!

The reality mom and “Dancing with the Stars” contestant will continue her reign of the small screen when she and her eight kids return to TLC in her new series “Twist of Kate” and numerous “Kate Plus 8” specials, Access Hollywood has learned.

In “Twist of Kate,” Kate will enter the lives of her fans by responding to letters and visiting their homes and workplaces, where she will offer up advice and tips about their lives and situations.

According to TLC, “in each episode, she’ll walk a mile in someone else’s shoes – meeting real families in the middle of their own extraordinary challenges. She’ll try out their jobs… see how their home life runs… see what they’re up against… and find out what do they do to let off steam.”

“I look at it as a loose concept,” Kate told USA Today. “I want to be out there learning from others, helping to provide insight whenever I can, though I don’t consider myself an expert on anything.”

TLC will air 12 episodes of “Twist” beginning in late summer.

First up, Kate fans will get a look into her life as a single mom in several “Kate Plus 8” specials, beginning in June.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Jon Gosselin filed legal papers on Wednesday asking a judge to expand his physical custody and to reduce his child support payments to Kate. The reality dad told Access that he wants to be closer to his eight children and is planning to leave New York City and return to Wernersville, Penn.
