Keira Knightley & Colin Farrell Headed To ‘London’

Keira Knightley and Colin Farrell are headed to “London.”

The duo will pair up on-screen for the crime drama “London Boulevard,” according to Variety.

Farrell will play a South London criminal who tries to leave behind his gangster life after his release from prison by becoming a handyman for a reclusive young actress (Knightley).

“London Boulevard” will mark the directorial debut of William Monahan, who worked as a writer on the Oscar-winning film, “The Departed.”

Farrell, who is fresh off his Golden Globe win for “In Bruges,” currently has three films awaiting release – the wartime drama “Triage” (which he also executive produced); the romance film “Ondine”; and “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus,” in which he was one of the three actors to step in to fill the late Heath Ledger’s role of “Tony.”

Jude Law and Johnny Depp will also play the role of “Tony” in “Parnassus.”

Knightley is currently shooting “Last Night,” a drama co-starring Eva Mendes.

Filming on “London Boulevard” is scheduled to begin this summer in London.
