Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock now know what color to decorate the baby’s room.
“We just found out we’re having a girl officially!” the 31-year-old singer wrote on Twitter.
And Kelly’s little one is already letting her presence be known.
“I knew it! Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha!” the first “American Idol” continued in the Tweet.
The singer might be in the midst of a bad morning sickness period, but she appears to have found one remedy.
“Ladies if you r pregnant & sick as a dog trust me when I say the one thing u will keep down might just be “baked potatoes”#godblesspotatoes,” she Tweeted last week.

And despite some heaving, Kelly can’t contain her excitement about becoming a parent.
“In less than 6 months I’m gonna have a baby …..for whatever reason it’s really hitting me tonight. Wow. Gonna be the coolest kid ever,” she wrote in another post.
Kelly announced she was expecting in November. Brandon has two kids from a previous marriage – Savannah, 11, and Seth.
The parents-to-be wed in October.
