Kelsey Grammer Talks Tackling Diaper Duty, Wants 9 Kids

Kelsey Grammer and wife Kayte last month welcomed a baby girl they named Faith – the actor’s fifth child – and the “Boss” star said he’s hoping to have as many as nine children.

The actor, 57, stopped by Access Hollywood Live on Tuesday, where he talked about expanding his family to the size of a baseball team.

“I think we’ll have at least two more, if not three or four,” the actor told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover. “I think it’s a great way to live a life.”

Kelsey is already dad to son Jude, 7, and daughter Mason, 10, with “Real Housewives” star Camille Grammer; Greer, 20, with Barrie Buckner, and Spencer, 28, with Doreen Alderman. He’s also grandfather to Spencer’s son Emmett, 3 months.

“I figure it’s a about a million a kid now,” he continued, of the rising costs of raising a child.

The actor explained that he’s heavily involved in his latest child’s life and is there to help out Kayte, 31, a former flight attendant, who he met while traveling to England.

“I think I’m more available than I had been previously… I’m there, more present with the child,” he told Billy and Kit.

And that includes getting down and dirty.

“We don’t have nannies and stuff like that,” the TV star said. “I’m doing it all… I’m doing a lot of the changing [of diapers.]”

Catch Kelsey on “Boss” Fridays at 9 PM on Starz.
