Kendra Wilkinson was photographed in tears shortly after husband Hank Baskett’s Indianapolis Colts were defeated in Super Bowl XLIV by the New Orleans Saints on Sunday night.
But the reality mom insists it wasn’t the outcome of the game that brought her to tears – it was the paparazzi clammoring for a shot of her and her newborn.
“I wasn’t cryin cuz of the damn game it’s cuz the paparazzi have no soul…they wouldn’t leave me n family alone!” Kendra wrote on her Twitter page on Monday.
As she watched her husband (who fumbled away the on-side kick to begin the second half, swinging momentum to the Saints’ side) Kendra had the couple’s two-month old son Hank Jr. by her side – something she was anxious about prior to travelling to Miami.
“Lil Hanks first flight is in an hour..sooo nervousssss!!! Lolol..yaa Miami bound woo,” she Tweeted on February 4.
However, it was the paparazzi’s eagerness to get a shot of Kendra and her son that caused her emotional outburst, she explained.
“People like to twist this stuff..we asked them to stop cuz of the baby n they were way too close n they didn’t care at all,” she wrote. “Not sayin im tryin to be private but there should be some law on how close they get to your n your child.”
But the weekend wasn’t a total disappointment for the former “Girl Next Door,” as she used her time in Miami to hit some of the pre-Super Bowl festivities.
“lol I said hi to A ROD not even knowing it was him til later lol…so cool!” she posted on Friday night. “btw he had shades on n walked by fast n waved at me..lol he was in same mansion as me. Cool! Ima nerd sorry.”
