Kesha Walks First Red Carpet Since Rehab

Kesha is looking healthier than ever.

The “Timber” singer attended The Humane Society’s 60th Anniversary Gala in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Saturday night – her first red carpet event since completing a stint in rehab earlier this month.

The 27-year-old wore a floor-length, glittery, black backless gown, paired with black heels.

She kept her trademark rainbow tresses and appeared to be in good spirits as she posed on the red carpet and later spent time with some puppies.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Kesha revealed she was heading to rehab for treatment of an eating disorder in January.

After completing treatment, she dropped the dollar symbol from her name, and renamed her Twitter account (dropping @Keshasuxx for @KeshaRose).
