Kimberly Perry Marries Baseball Player J.P. Arencibia

Kimberly Perry is officially a wedded woman!

The Band Perry singer tied the knot with pro baseball player J.P. Arencibia on Thursday, according to E! and People.

Kimberly, 29, and J.P., a catcher for the Texas Rangers, wed at the First Presbyterian Church in Greeneville, Tenn., the singer’s rep confirmed.

Among those in attendance with the couple’s friends and family were Carrie Underwood and husband Mike Fisher, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton and Kimberly’s brothers/bandmates Reid Perry and Neil Perry.

J.P. – who went to school at the University of Tennessee – popped the question in October 2013 in Kimberly’s parents’ backyard.

The couple first met at the Florida Strawberry Festival in February 2012, when the baseball player used his connections to get backstage and meet Kimberly following The Band Perry’s performance at the festival.
