Kris Jenner’s Live Strong Attitude! (Healthy Hollywood)

Despite the Kardashians’ headline-grabbing drama, family matriarch Kris Jenner won’t let life get her down.

She recently announced her split from her husband of 22 years, Bruce Jenner, but she’s determined to live life sunny side up.

“I don’t have a lot of regrets. Everything happens for a reason, and we learn from our mistakes,” she reveals in the Fall/Winter issue of New You magazine.

Kris sat down with magazine after she split from Bruce, but prior to going public with their marital separation. Yet, she hinted Bruce might not be the love of her life, saying, “The one regret, if I had to do it over, would be divorcing Robert Kardashian, (the father of Kim, Robert, Khloe and Kourtney), but there wouldn’t have been Kendall and Kylie.”

Ouch, that’s got to be hit for Bruce to read.

Kris, who has made zillions overseeing her daughter’s reality/branding careers and of course venturing out on her own businesses, admits she’s learning the art of me time.

“I work 24 hour days, yet I’ve learned not to feel guilty about getting a massage. When I get that massage, I give myself permission to relax and not think about the possibility of the phone ringing. The biggest thing I’ve learned is boundaries and to create my own, private world. Saying no has been very difficult for me. As women, we don’t say ‘no’ enough,” she added.

At 57, Kris says she still feels sexy and that “your sexuality is something that doesn’t go away.” But, she does admit to embracing a little nip and a tuck.

“If you become obsessed with something about your body that you want to change, you can afford to do it, and it feels safe to you, then do it. I had a hard time being put to sleep [under anesthetic]. It was a huge issue. I struggled with having elective surgery – being so selfish that I needed do something that could be potentially dangerous. Then I realized that I should get over it, do what I want to do, and live my life. I didn’t do anything plastic-surgery related until I was – gosh –late 40s,” Kris confessed to New You.

Kris has since has her implants removed, adding, “I’m in my 50s, and a person can look very matronly when she has a huge set of knockers.”

Mom Kardashian is also open about talking sex with her daughters. “Sex is a natural part of life, not something you sweep under the rug. When my kids started their periods and being dating boys, the first thing I did was take to them to my gynecologist, Dr. Paul Crane. Every single one of my children has come to me to talk about sex-related issues, for one reason or another, because they feel very comfortable talking about it. They also know that I’m going to be accepting, and a safety net.”
