Kristoffer Polaha Talks ‘Ringer’: ‘Your Mind Gets Blown A Little Bit’

The disappearance of Gemma Butler is propelling the drama on The CW’s primetime soapy drama “Ringer,” and Kristoffer Polaha, who plays Henry Butler, stopped by Access Hollywood to hint at what’s coming up next.

“Right now, if you just watched Episode 105, which is the one after you think that Henry definitely has killed his wife, there is some evidence that might insinuate that Henry hasn’t killed his wife,” Kristoffer told Access Hollywood’s Laura Saltman of what’s going on in the Sarah Michelle Gellar-fronted drama.

“It’s twists and turns like every 10 minutes,” he added of his show, which just got a full season pick-up. “Every commercial break there’s something you’re like, ‘What?’ Your mind gets blown a little bit.”

As it stands, Henry cleaned up blood spatter on the walls of his home with Gemma (Tara Summers), which audiences found out he did because he thought his lover, Siobhan, had killed her best friend.

Meanwhile, Siobhan (or rather SMG as Bridget as Siobhan), thought Henry axed his wife in a ploy to protect Siobhan — his (former) mistress.

The show’s twin-trigue will continue, Kristoffer hinted, when the series resumes on November 1 – possibly.

“What if Bridget, as Siobhan, tells Henry and Andrew about Bridget?” the actor said.

If that doesn’t sound exactly clear, Laura asked Kristoffer to explain further.

“Henry doesn’t know that Siobhan has a twin; Andrew [Ioan Gruffudd] doesn’t know that Siobhan has a twin; Gemma finds out that Siobhan has a twin and Gemma ends up dead or missing,” he explained. “What if — in the next episode that airs — Siobhan tells Henry and Andrew, not that she’s Bridget, but that there is a Bridget.”

Confusing, yes, but teaser-riffic!

“Ringer” returns with an all-new episode on November 1 on The CW.
