Lamar Odom Headed Back To Los Angeles Following Trade to Clippers; Kardashians Rejoice

After a six-month run on the Dallas Mavericks, Lamar Odom will be returning to Los Angeles to play for the Clippers, and the basketball star’s wife (and her famous family) couldn’t be more excited for his return.

“Woooohoooooooooooooooooooo. Back where it started for him :),” Khloe Kardashian Tweeted on Friday, along with a press release announcing her husband’s trade news.

Khloe went on to thank the couple’s fans for their support, Tweeting, “Your positive love is amazing right now! Thank you guys!!!”

Sister Kim also chimed in, Tweeting, “Congrats @RealLamarOdom!!! You are officially a Clipper! Best news ever!!!” while Kourtney wrote, “I am team @RealLamarOdom wherever he goes…but he is a Clipper baby and now I am team Clippers! Such a blessing! Supporting my brother Lam!”

Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner also offered her support to her son-in-law, Tweeting, “Congratulations to my boy @RealLamarOdom you are a Clipper baby!!!!!!!! Wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

The move to the Clippers is a sort of homecoming for Lamar, who played four seasons with the team after originally being drafted by the Clippers in 1999.

The 32-year-old athlete next played one season for the Miami Heat before joining the Los Angeles Lakers for eight seasons, then the Dallas Mavericks.
