LeAnn Rimes ‘Flattered’ By Attention From Brandi Glanville On Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills

LeAnn Rimes has addressed becoming the subject of much conversation on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” which stars Brandi Glanville, the ex-wife of the country singer’s husband, Eddie Cibrian.

“There’s no reality in a reality show,” LeAnn said on Tuesday’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” to cheers from the late night audience. “I mean, there isn’t. I guess it’s not weird when I know that’s not my reality.

“Here’s the therapy coming out of me — the positive? I should feel flattered that I’m that interesting, that I can be such an amazing storyline on a reality show,” she said.

The country singer also addressed the therapy she underwent to deal with stress earlier this year.

“It was total stress and anxiety,” she told Jay of her stint in treatment. “God, the last four years have been super compressed with stress and anxiety. And going through, what I’ve gone through.”

LeAnn said her highly-profile relationship with Eddie, which started out as an affair, and later turned into a marriage, which prompted a slew of headlines, was tough to deal with.

“Dealing with it all, I didn’t know how to deal with it all,” she said. “So I needed the tools, so I went in to take care of myself. So that’s it. It’s as complicated and as simple as that.”
