Lifetime Cancels ‘Roseanne’s Nuts’

It appears reality TV was a tough nut for Roseanne Barr to crack!

Lifetime confirmed to Access Hollywood that “Roseanne’s Nuts” has been cancelled.

Roseanne first announced the news on Twitter on Wednesday.

“Roseanne’s Nuts has been cancelled,” she wrote. “thanks everyone for watching!”

Adding in another Tweet, “glad you guys loved #roseannesnuts-@Lifetimetv decided not to renew it.”

Despite her reality series getting axed, Roseanne is set to return to the world of primetime sitcoms in “Downwardly Mobile,” a project she’s slated to write and star in.

Her new sitcom will reportedly center around a “blue-collar family living through hard times,” Entertainment Weekly reported last month.
