Lindsay Lohan Hit With Lawsuit Over Crash

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (June 12, 2007) – Lindsay Lohan may be in rehab, but her troubles continue with news that she has just been hit with a lawsuit.

Lohan is being sued by Florian Loeckle, CEO of Grandeur, Inc for damage to their van.

In the May 18, 2007 court filing obtained by Access Hollywood, the plaintiff accuses Lohan of crashing into his “parked van.”

Loeckle claims the incident took place on October 4, 2005. He is asking for $3624.84 in compensation.

Lohan was believed to be fleeing the paparazzi when the accident occurred. She hit a red van making an illegal U-Turn. The impact caused the van to hit Loeckle’s parked vehicle. The driver of the other car was taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center following the incident. Lohan was also taken to the hospital.
