Lindsay Lohan Talks Liz, Love & Adoption Rumors

Lindsay Lohan stepped out on Tuesday night for the “Liz & Dick” premiere, where she chatted with Access Hollywood about getting back to work, the loves of her life and recent rumors about her plans to adopt.

“I love being on set and you know, sometimes it takes people a long time to recognize that,” Lindsay told Access when asked if playing Elizabeth Taylor on the small screen will kickstart her career.

“But after doing this movie, it just made me want to keep working so I intend to keep doing that,” she continued.

Earlier on Tuesday she appeared on “The Tonight Show” where she told Jay Leno, “I’ve fallen in love several times, and I don’t think that’s a bad thing.”

But she told Access her loves have been few and far between.

“I have a very few loves. And [Liz] actually has a quote that she said is she’s infatuated with being in love. And I don’t see anything wrong with that,” the actress told Access. “I think that love comes and goes and you know, when you find the right person eventually then it’s meant to happen. But it’s okay to fall in love all the time.”

Instead of searching for love, Lindsay is looking to keep her career alive.

“I’m more focused on work than anything else,” she explained.

The 26-year-old also addressed rumors that she plans to adopt a boy.

“I need to find out who this friend is because that’s been going on my whole life of people telling things that I think are my friends,” she said with a laugh when asked about the adoption reports.

Adding with a giggle, “That’s no one’s business.”

“Liz & Dick,” premieres on Lifetime on November 25 at 9 PM ET.
