Lindsay Lohan Undergoes 7-Hour Deposition From 2007 DUI Arrest, Lawsuit

Lindsay Lohan took time away from her busy club-hopping schedule to spend the majority of her day in a lawyer’s office on Tuesday.

According to TMZ, the starlet underwent a seven-hour deposition in Los Angeles over a lawsuit from several individuals who claimed they were held hostage by Lindsay during a highly publicized, chaotic DUI ride down the Pacific Coast Highway in 2007.

The judge in the case had ordered Lindsay to appear, after she was a reported no-show to two previous deposition appointments. Although Lindsay did make it this time – accompanied by mom Dina – she was 22 minutes late, according to TMZ.

If Lindsay had not turned up, the judge had reportedly threatened that she would lose the lawsuit.

Despite making the cross-country trip from New York to LA for the deposition, Lindsay and Dina still had enough energy to go out and have a good time the night before Lindsay’s appointment.

TMZ had photos of the mom and daughter partying pair hanging out at Hollywood’s Chateau Marmont until 2 AM. She arrived to court nearly eight hours later.
