It was a year of ups – and mostly downs – for Lindsay Lohan.
But as the starlet rang in the New Year while vacationing in St. Barth’s, she vowed 2010 would be a year of change.
“To answer everybody’s question…My new years resolution is to stop letting the lucky few that have my heart, try2constantly tear me down,” she posted on her Twitter page early Saturday. “2010 is about moving forward, not backwards. Leaving the bad (people, habbits, and negative energy behind) time to make changes-right!?!?”
2009 saw Lindsay endure a very tumultuous and public split with gal pal Samantha Ronson, a burglary at the hands of the alleged celebrity burglar bunch, several private phone calls recorded and released by her father Michael Lohan and a failed fashion launch with Ungaro.
And while she is ready to put the events of the past year behind her, Lindsay promised more “mayhem” in 2010 – but the good kind.
“Wishing everyone a blessed new year in 2010! Everyone get ready for more (but positive-LOHAN MAYHEM!” she Tweeted on New Year’s Eve.
