Lindsay Lohan’s Assistant To Actress: ‘Get The Help You So Desperately Need’

After a dose of double legal whammies (on both the east and west coast) Lindsay Lohan’s assistant, Gavin Doyle, appears to be fed up with the actress.

Following her arrest and charge with third-degree assault for allegedly hitting a woman in a New York City nightclub, Gavin took to Twitter to share his thoughts.

”@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. Xxx,” he Tweeted.

Prior to his Tweet, Lindsay was seen throwing Gavin out of her car.

“Gavin, get out of the car! Get him out of the car!” Lindsay is heard saying in a paparazzi video.

Gavin continued to Tweet, writing, “Life is NOT a movie it’s a reality that needs to be faced.”

The assistant also suggested he would be unavailable to speak with the media.

“My building is being inundated with reporters that want what from me? Tonight I will go as Banksy into the night. Catch me if you can,” he added.

Gavin, is the same guy who, according to police, Lohan said was driving at the time of her June auto accident, where her Porsche crashed into the back of a dump truck.

On Thursday, prosecutors charged the actress with three misdemeanors (with lying to police, reckless driving and obstructing a police officer from performing duties) related to the California incident.

When contacted by Access Hollywood about the charges in Southern California, Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, did not respond.
