“Game of Thrones” is getting the Mad magazine treatment.
The cover of the magazine features its usual cover star — Alfred E. Neuman — in the cloak of Season 1 character Ned Stark.
Mad took their own twist on the Iron Throne, adding a toilet in place of the seat that’s known for cutting its inhabitants (because it’s made of melted down swords).

Inside the mag is Mad’s “Game of Groans,” with cartoonish drawings of the cast of characters from the show’s three seasons, including Ned, King Robert Baratheon, Bran Stark, Daenerys Targaryen and Melisandre’s creepy shadow baby, who took down Renly Baratheon in Season 2.
The issue hits newsstands on April 30.
