Mark Ruffalo Posts Pic Of Himself In Pajamas Following His SAG Awards Win

Mark Ruffalo was absent for his SAG Awards win on Sunday night, but his family made sure to give him the good news.

“The Normal Heart” actor revealed how he found out about scooping the Screen Actors Guild prize, when he posted a photo showing him in his bed – and in his pajamas – on Instagram to acknowledge the news.

“Upon waking and hearing from my wife and kids that I won a @sagawards for #TheNormalHeart Love wins tonight,” Mark wrote to caption the Instagram pic, showing him grinning happily and making a peace sign with his fingers.

The actor also turned to Twitter to give his speech.

“Thank you @MrRPMurphy for giving me the role of a lifetime and leading me through it with grace and courage. You are great director,” he began.

Mark won the Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries award for his role as Ned Weeks in the HBO film.
