Matt Bomer Headed To The New Normal

Matt Bomer is headed to “The New Normal.”

The “White Collar” star will join the cast as the ex-boyfriend of Andrew Rannells’ character, Bryan Collins, show co-creator Ryan Murphy announced on Twitter on Wednesday afternoon.

“Guess who’s coming on The New Normal as Bryan’s sexy ex-boyfriend? The one and only Matt Bomer,” Ryan Tweeted.

This won’t be the first time Matt has appeared on one of Ryan’s shows. He famously played the older brother of Blaine (Darren Criss) on “Glee’s” third season.

Matt is the latest in a list of guest stars including Nicole Richie and George Takei, who are set to appear on the sitcom. The latter two stars will play themselves in an upcoming episode.

It was not immediately clear when Matt’s episode would air.

“The New Normal” airs Tuesdays at 9:30/8:30c on NBC.
