Michael Douglas looks very ?Wall Street?-esque in his role in ?Me, You and Dupree,? as he plays Matt Dillon?s tough boss and Kate Hudson?s loving dad.
And what better place for Access Hollywood?s Tim Vincent to talk with Michael about his new role, than the top of the world.
Well actually, the top of the Rock ? 30 Rockefeller Center, that is.
?You?ve never been to the top of the Rock?? Tim asked Michael.
?Never been to the top of the Rock before and looking around, I?m getting a real thrill as long as I stay away from the railing,? Douglas said.
Seventy flights up and overlooking all of Manhattan, Michael played tourist for the day checking out the sights from the 30 Rock observation deck.
Michael and Tim chatted high atop the Big Apple about his role as Kate?s dad in ?Dupree.? And as Tim found out, there was no need for an introduction on the set as those two have a long history together.
?Katie Hudson ? I literally changed her diapers when she was a little kid,? Michael revealed. ?I?ve known Kate her whole life. Goldie [Hawn] and I are dear friends. I?ve known her forever.?
Meanwhile, about 3,000 miles away, Kate was on the red carpet for the movie?s premiere ? although she doesn?t quite recall Michael?s diaper duty.
?Working with Michael was amazing. I don?t know if I would go that far. Although, I wouldn?t remember,? she laughed.
?You, Me and Dupree? hits theaters July 14.
