Michael Jackson’s appearance as a hologram at Sunday’s Billboard Music Awards was overwhelming for brother Jackie Jackson.
“Beautiful, unbelievable,” Jackie said of the “Slave to the Rhythm” performance, which featured a hologram of his late brother interacting with real dancers.
“I thought he was there for real,” the Jackson 5 singer told Access Hollywood’s Liz Hernandez. “I got teary eyed a little bit.”

Jackie said he thought his brother would have given the performance “a thumbs up.”
“The choreography around him was great, just unbelievable,” he continued.
As for mom Katherine, Jackie thinks the performance would weigh heavy on her.

“She’s probably at home crying,” he said of his mom. “[It was a] beautiful show.”
