Michael Lohan: Lindsay Not Hit By Motorcycle In New York

Chalk it up as a close call for Lindsay Lohan – or maybe just bad reporting.

Contrary to reports, the starlet was not hospitalized after being “sideswiped” by a motorcycle outside a New York City club with gal pal Samantha Ronson early Saturday morning.

Both a rep for Lindsay, as well as her father, Michael Lohan, dismissed the story to Access Hollywood.

According to Lohan’s spokeswoman, the actress told her she was not hit by a motorcycle (or any other bike), and was never in the hospital.

“She said it didn’t happened,” the rep insisted.

In an interview with Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush for “The Billy Bush Show” on Monday, Michael Lohan also debunked the sideswiping story.

“First I heard a motorcycle. Then I heard a bicycle. I heard all different kinds of stories,” Michael told Billy. “I spoke to [Lindsay’s mom] Dina and she said nothing happened. Lindsay said she’s fine – that’s all I care about… As far as I know, there was nothing that happened and she is fine.”

Michael chalked the erroneous reports up to the rumor mill, which constantly surrounds his daughter.

“You know as well as I do, it’s rumors and I’m not dealing with this stuff anymore,” Michael added.
