Miley Cyrus, Michael Phelps & Jennifer Aniston Among Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards Nominees

The nominations for Nickelodeon’s 22nd Annual Kids’ Choice Awards were announced Thursday and they include an impressive list of kid favorites and A-list superstars – but will there be enough green slime to crown all the winners?

This year’s nominees include Jennifer Aniston, Beyonce, Jack Black, Chris Brown, Miley Cyrus, America Ferrera, Selena Gomez, Anne Hathaway, Vanessa Hudgens, The Jonas Brothers, Alicia Keys, Michael Phelps, Reese Witherspoon and Tiger Woods.

Also making the grade again with the kids are five-time Kids’ Choice winners/former slimees Jim Carrey, Adam Sandler and Will Smith, who all nabbed nominations for Favorite Movie Actor: Carrey for “Yes Man”, Sandler for “Bedtime Stories” and Smith for “Hancock.”

Emmy and Golden Globe winner Jennifer Aniston got her seventh Kids’ Choice nom with “Marley & Me,” and current Oscar nominee Anne Hathaway got her first, for “Get Smart.”

Miley Cyrus, who took home two Blimps last year, not only picked up a pair of noms for Favorite Female Singer and Favorite Voice in an Animated Movie (Penny in “Bolt”), but her “Hannah Montana” grabbed one for Favorite TV Show as well.

Last year’s Favorite Musical Group, The Jonas Brothers, are contenders in that category again this year, competing against Linkin Park and Kids’ Choice newcomers Pussycat Dolls and Daughtry. Beyonce, who grabbed a pair of Blimps in 2007 (Favorite Female Singer and Song) got dual noms for “Single Ladies.” She’ll face off against former winners Cyrus, Alicia Keys and Rihanna whose “Don’t Stop the Music” also is nominated for Favorite Song. Chris Brown, who seized a Blimp last year, is up again for Favorite Male Singer.

Despite his recent photo scandal, Michael Phelps is up against LeBron James, Peyton Manning and Tiger Woods for Favorite Male Athelete.

Action star host Dwayne Johnson will rock at the helm as the show’s host, live from UCLA’s Pauley Pavilion Saturday, March 28 at 8 PM ET/PT.

Starting on March 2, fans can vote for their favorite stars on Nick’s Kids’ Choice Web site
