Miley Cyrus’ Mom Gives Singer New Dog After Floyd’s Death

Miley Cyrus is trying to cope with the loss of her beloved dog Floyd, and her mom attempted to ease her daughter’s pain by bringing another pup into the fold.

On Friday, the singer revealed Tish Cyrus had given her a new puppy.

“My mama knew my heart was broken & this morning I woke up to Moonie kisses,” she Tweeted, along with a photo of the fluffy new puppy.

“No one could ever replace my baby Floyd but this precious angel is lendin me some fur to cry on along with my other babies,” she added.

The happiness was short lived, as Miley soon unleashed a torrent of heartbreaking Tweets over the loss of the Alaskan Klee Kai pup.

“I wanna sleep but all I can do is cry I never wanna go home to a house where Floyd isn’t running & playing how do I get thru this,” she wrote, adding, “I feel physically sick & I am so emotionally and physically exhausted I feel like I have nothing else to give sweet baby Moonie.

“Maybe I’m not ready yet…. But being alone won’t bring him back to me….. I’m at a loss I don’t know what to do. I. Want. My. Friend. Back. I’m trying 2 tweet about it rather than screaming and waking up the entire hotel!” she continued. “I wanna f***ing screaaam. Im so f***ing angry at the world.”

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Miley announced the passing of Floyd (who she’d had since 2011) on Wednesday.
