Miranda Lambert Performs With Karen Fairchild, Is ‘Living Off Caffeine & Sad Songs’

Miranda Lambert made fans’ night on Tuesday when she stepped out to perform at Nashville’s iconic 3rd & Lindsley Bar and Grill.

One week after news of her divorce from Blake Shelton broke, the country singer took the stage and performed both solo and with fellow singers including Little Big Town’s Karen Fairchild.

“I’ve been living off caffeine and sad songs lately, so we’re gonna drink some caffeine and some sad songs,” Miranda told the crowd, before reaching for her cup and launching into an acoustic performance of her 2011 tearjerker, “Dear Diamond.”

Miranda also sang LBT’s “Girl Crush” with Karen, and their duet, “Smokin’ and Drinkin.'”

On Wednesday, the superstar shared a photo of herself with Karen, Natalie Hemby, RaeLynn, Jessi Alexander, Courtney Cole, and Clare Dunn.

“Had a great time last night pickin’ & grinnin’ with these gal pals! Thanks to everyone who came to 3rd & Lindsley to hang with us,” she captioned the pic. “Roadside Bars and Pink Guitars: Unplugged. #musicismedicine #friends #galpals”
