Chatter about the actor’s condition began to swirl when he missed his scheduled appearance at MinnConn in Minneapolis on Saturday.

“Supernatural” co-star Jim Beaver wrote in a now-deleted Facebook post that Misha had been “followed out of a restaurant” and “beaten and robbed” the night before.

MinnConn attendees also claimed that Richard Speight, Jr., who plays archangel Gabriel on the series, announced the alleged incident from the convention stage — a report he has not confirmed.

Despite the lack of details, “Supernatural” fans expressed their concern on social media and generated the hashtag #WeLoveYouMisha in support of the actor.

Other “Supernatural” cast members, both current and former, also spoke out in solidarity for their colleague.

Sebastian Roche Tweeted after the panel to ask fans to “have a thought” for Misha and “give him all our love,” while Osric Chau suggested voting for the actor’s Random Acts charity in Microsoft’s Upgrade Your World competition.

The story may be vague, but at least it has a happy ending.

In addition to Misha’s good prognosis, other accounts say that he did make it to MinnConn to greet fans – stitches and all.
