Nancy O’Dell Hosts Clothes Off Our Back Afternoon Tea & Auction

For a good cause, some celebs will do anything – even hand over their wardrobes.

On Sunday, award-winning designer maternity label Isabella Oliver partnered with The Clothes Off Our Back Foundation to sponsor a charity afternoon tea and fashion presentation hosted by Access Hollywood’s Nancy O’Dell and “Dancing With the Stars’s” Samantha Harris, kicking off a two-week auction of celebrity clothes for charity.

Held at the at the Palihouse Holloway boutique hotel, notable guests included Denise Richards, Alison Sweeney, Julie Benz from “Dexter,” and Anne Dudek from “House” and “Mad Men,” among others.

The Clothes Off Our Back Foundation is a 501c3 organization that hosts charity auctions showcasing today’s hottest celebrity attire. Items are put up for bid to the public with proceeds going to benefit children’s charities.

Clothes Off Our Back was founded by actors and philanthropists Jane Kaczmarek (“Malcolm In The Middle”) and Bradley Whitford (“The West Wing,” “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip”) whose efforts, along with their celebrity and designer friends have helped improve the lives of children across the globe.

Donations of Isabella Oliver maternity clothing from celebrity fans along with additional sponsor donations including SUNDÃRI, Muu, NASH, Boon, and Bugaboo, were presented at yesterday’s event and will be auctioned off today beginning at 3 PM PST via the Clothes Off Our Back Web site. The auction will continue through Wednesday, August 27 at 5 PM.

Celebrity Isabella Oliver donations include items from Gwen Stefani, Minnie Driver, the set of “Labor Pains” (Lindsay Lohan), the set of “Desperate Housewives” (Teri Hatcher), Nancy O’Dell, Jeri Ryan, Angela Kinsey, Julianna Margulies, Laila Ali, Trista Sutter, Giada DeLaurentiis, Marisol Nichols, Alison Sweeney, Busy Philipps, Jenna Elfman, Melissa Joan Hart and Julie Bowen.
