New Allegations Of Cheating Emerge For Jesse James; Sandra Bullock Reportedly Returns To LA

Sandra Bullock has gone from Oscar darling to tabloid target in just two weeks.

A host of headlines have emerged in the days since last week’s stunning allegations that Sandra’s husband, Jesse James, had an 11-month affair with a woman named Michelle “Bombshell” McGee.

On Tuesday, the tattooed “Bombshell” found herself surrounded by paparazzi outside a San Diego store.

“Have you got any comment to make on your relationship with Jesse,” one reporter asked.

“I’m not gonna talk to you,” she said.

As for Bullock, the actress has reportedly returned to Los Angeles after leaving last Monday when she found out about James’ “poor judgment,” as he put it in a statement following the allegations.

Family law attorney Faye Nia, who does not work with James or Bullock, told Access Hollywood the actress’ close relationship to James’ 5-year-old daughter, Sunny, should be preserved.

“Frankly, it would be a shame to terminate that relationship simply because the child’s father made a mistake,” Nia said.

Although neither side has met with divorce attorneys, there is a potential silver lining. Reportedly, the couple did have a prenuptial agreement that would allow Bullock to keep all her assets and James, his.

“The terms of the pre-nup will dictate as to how the property or support is going to be adjudicated,” Nia explained.

Star magazine has gotten into the Bullock-James news, running a story featuring claims that Bullock suffered two miscarriages with James – one in 2005 and one in 2008 – and that they tried in vitro fertilization to no avail.

The biggest revelation, or accusation, in the mag is that James carried on a two-year affair with stripper Melissa Smith — after marrying Bullock. Allegedly, the two met on MySpace in 2006, had sex every two months without a condom and James termed himself “Vanilla Gorilla” when he was with her, just as he allegedly did with “Bombshell.”

A Star source also claims that James paid off a former female employee after she threatened to go public about a sexual affair.

After his wedding in 2005, James allegedly paid $70,000 to the woman.

James has been accused of sexual harassment in the past. According to Radar Online, a former employee sued him in 2000 and the case was settled out of court in 2001. In 2007, James reportedly handed out another $725,000 to a former employee who was repped by Gloria Allred in a case that was also settled out of court.

According to the National Enquirer, James reportedly has had 11 affairs since his marriage to Bullock.

He has yet to respond to the latest allegations.
