The first live-action footage from “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” has been released.
A 48-second trailer surfaced on a Spanish Netflix Facebook page on Friday, and though the clip is brief, it has usââ¬Â¦ jonesingââ¬Â¦ for more.
The video begins with a shot of a clock at 14:59 (2:59 PM) and focuses on a bedroom floor littered with empty snack wrappers, newspaper clippings, alcohol bottles and a camera before slowly panning up to reveal Krysten Ritter’s Jessica asleep face-down in bed.
An alarm clock goes off at 3:00 PM (ouch), prompting the former superhero-turned-detective to share a glimpse of her powers as she crushes the clock to pieces with her left hand.
The 13-episode first season of the series, Netflix’s second joint production with Marvel (following “Daredevil”), will premiere on the streaming service on November 20.
