New ‘View’ Feud! Whoopi Goldberg & Joy Behar Walk Off During Bill O’Reilly Interview

It was another morning of hot topics on “The View” on Thursday! So hot, in fact, that hosts Whoopi Goldberg & Joy Behar got up and walked out of an interview with Fox News anchor Bill O’Reilly.

The morning banter hit a fever pitch as “The View” ladies discussed President Obama’s handling of the planned mosque near Ground Zero in New York City.

“Listen to me because you’ll learn,” Bill said to Joy, raising the temperature on the already heated set.

“Muslims killed us on 9/11,” the conservative news anchor continued, referring to some people’s reasoning behind their opposition to the planned mosque.

“My God! That is such bullsh**,” an incensed Whoopi replied. “Extremists did that!”

“It doesn’t matter what they are,” Barbara Walters said, trying to calm the panel.

“You know what? I don’t want to sit here right now!” Joy said standing up. “I’m outraged by that statement! By what you just said!”

As the debate continued, Whoopi also got up from the couch and left the stage with Joy.

“You have just seen what should not happen. We should be able to have discussions without washing our hands and screaming and walking offstage. I love my colleagues, but that should not have happened.” Barbara said following her co-hosts exit and then continued the debate with Bill.

Minutes later, Whoopi and Joy rejoined the show and Bill apologized for his statement.
