Nicole Eggert Injured During Splash Diving Mishap

Nicole Eggert is recuperating after suffering a nasty landing on the set of ABC’s reality diving competition show, “Splash.”

A spokesperson for the show tells Access Hollywood that the former “Baywatch” beauty was injured after a bad landing during a “Splash” taping earlier this week.

“She is currently consulting with a doctor,” the spokesperson added.

Nicole, 41, took to Twitter to update fans on Friday night, writing, “Thnx 4 all the love but I am not in the hospital nor was I in a diving accident.

“Just have swelling and bruising on my back and kidney’s. xo,” she added.

Nicole’s injury adds to the long list of health scares on the show so far.

Katherine Webb left “Splash” this week due to a back injury, while Kendra Wilkinson quit due to her fear of heights.

Louie Anderson bruised his ribs during practice in March and professional skier Rory Bushfield suffered a ruptured eardrum while practicing a flip.

Additionally, “Chelsea Lately” sidekick Chuy Bravo was forced to bow out before “Splash” began airing after fracturing his heel.

“Splash” airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on ABC.
