Officer Jonas Ready To Arrest The Pop Charts

Joe Jonas showed off his retro fashion sense in New York City on Wednesday, where he was dressed as a NYPD officer during the filming of the band of brothers’ as-yet-untitled 3-D movie.

It’s been a busy week for the Jonas Brothers, who have also made NYC stops at MTV’s “Total Request Live” and played a handful of concerts in support of the Tuesday release of their latest album, “A Little Bit Longer.”

Billboard reported on Wednesday that the band is on track to earn its first number one album with the release, which is projected to sell between 675,000 and 725,000 albums.

The album’s title track debuted at number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart this week with 131,000 downloads – marking the fourth time in seven weeks that the Jonas Brothers have scored the chart’s top debut of the week.
