Officers Accompany Michael Lohan To Lindsay’s Home Over Fears For Ali Lohan’s Welfare

Accompanied by several officers from the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department, Michael Lohan went to the Los Angeles home of Lindsay Lohan on Thursday where he was seeking to get his other daughter, Ali Lohan, 16, removed from the residence.

Michael spoke with Access Hollywood following the morning incident and revealed he spoke to his daughters, but he was unable to remove Ali from Lindsay’s home, as he does not have custody of the minor. He told Access that he would be petitioning Child Protective Services to help.

Last month, Michael told Access that he believes Lindsay has a problem with drugs.

“What’s going on with her personal life and drug use and prescription drugs and other antics that are going on, I’m not going to stand for it,” he said. “I’m not going to let my daughter die.”

The Sheriff’s Department, in a press release, confirmed that Michael contacted them on Thursday “regarding the welfare of his 15-year-old daughter” (Ali is 16) and that they performed a check on the welfare of a minor.

“Deputies responded to the residence and contacted Ms. Lohan, as well as the minor in question. Deputies determined the 15-year-old was not in danger and left the residence,” the report read. No further information was available from authorities.

As for Lindsay, she hit her Twitter following the incident, claiming she is desperate to get a restraining order against her father after he came to her home with the officers.

“OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!,” Lindsay posted on her Twitter account just after 11:30 AM PT on Thursday. “i have no choice but to make this public, due to my sister’s safety, as well as my own, “my ex-dad” just WALKED INTO MY APT like the devil’s advocate with officers….”

“my lawyer isn’t answering I NEED A RESTRAINING ORDER! MY SISTER AND FRIEND TOO!!!!! HE’S NUTS!!!” she added.

The actress went on to claim that her building personnel did not prohibit Michael from entering with authorities and added, “they have no right to…. no warrant or anything.”

A source close to Lindsay told Access that the party was able to enter the actress’ property because they stated concern for her sister, who is a minor.

For his part, Michael Lohan also hit Twitter just before noon in response to his daughter’s Tweets.

“Lindsay can twitter all she wants. This is about Ali and her welfare,” he wrote. “Ali is 16 and Dina has no right allowing Ali to be in such elements.“As for Dina, who does have custody of her children with ex-Michael, she released a statement to Access claiming her daughters are frightened.

“My ex is completely insane,” Dina said in her statement. “My daughters are seeking a Protective Order and they are scared to death.”

Lindsay went on to Tweet throughout the afternoon after her father appeared on TMZ.com, where he expressed his concern about the welfare of Ali.

“i must correct michael lohan when i say that Aliana IS watched…with and by a guardian AT ALL TIMES… who is very close to my family and is a POSITIVE influence in my life. Yet again, another cry for attention on his part&a public display of “reaching out” when we have stated that he is NOT a part of our lives, nor has he been for a while,” she wrote.

Lindsay went on to share her support for mom Dina.

“my mother is AMAZING! not ANYTHING like what Michael is saying. W/out her, i

wouldn’t of been able to follow my dreams and be as strong as i am today,” she wrote.
