Jana Rae Kramer of “One Tree Hill” is engaged.
Actor Johnathon Schaech, proposed to Jana on December 22, according to a video blog posted on his Facebook page.
“It was the best present ever,” Johnathon told People of proposing to Jana in his Edgewood, Maryland, hometown. “It was the happiest moment of my life.”
The two began dating in 2008 when they shot the film “Prom Night,” and tying the knot is something Jonathon told the mag he is looking forward to.
“I can’t wait to make Jana my wife and have a family,” he said.
Jonathon, 40, rented out an ice skating rink for the proposal and presented his ladylove with a rock while out on the ice.
“It’s so pretty, it’s so gorgeous, it’s huge,” Jana, 26, told Jonathon after accepting. “I don’t want to hurt it. I have to get off the ice.”
Jonathon was previously married to Christina Applegate. The two, who married in 2001, divorced in 2007.
