Oprah ‘Euphoric’ Over Obama Clinching Nomination

When Barack Obama surpassed the magic delegate number of 2,118 Tuesday night, becoming the presumptive Democratic Presidential nominee, celebs were aflutter with the possibility of a historic change in American politics, including one of his biggest supporters — Oprah Winfrey.

“I’m euphoric, I’ve been doing the happy dance all day,” Oprah said in a statement released to Access Hollywood.

“I’m so proud of Barack and Michelle and what this means for all of us…..the new possibilities for our country,” she said.

The talk show host was so elated, she even offered up her campaigning services to the Illinois senator.

“And if he wants me to, I’m ready to go door to door,” she added.
