‘Orange Is The New Black’ Season 2 To Hit In June

Finally!

The Season 2 premiere date of “Orange is The New Black” has been announced.

The hit Netflix series’ second season will arrive on June 6, the streaming service revealed on Saturday.

The news was announced via a teaser trailer on YouTube, showing quick hits of Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba), Pornstache (Pablo Schreiber), Red (Kate Mulgew), Big Boo (Lea DeLaria), Taystee (Danielle Brooks), Nicky (Natasha Lyonne) and Piper (Taylor Schilling), among others.

As per Netflix policy, all episodes of Season 2 will be available for binge-watching on June 6.

The Jenji Kohan-helmed show, based on Piper Kerman’s book of the same name (and real-life prison experiences), debuted on Netflix on July 11, 2013. It was renewed for a second season on June 27, prior to its initial release.
