Orlando Bloom is ready to put a ring on it.
The British actor and his Australian supermodel girlfriend, Miranda Kerr, are now engaged, a rep for the former “Pirates of the Caribbean” star confirmed to Access Hollywood on Monday.
Orlando and Miranda, a Victoria’s Secret model, have been dating for nearly three years.
Last year, Miranda said the couple made their relationship work — despite their busy schedules — by valuing their relationship.
“You just have to take your time when you can,” she told E! Online last year.
At the time, Miranda also suggested there could be children in the couple’s future.
“It’s definitely something, one day down the track, I want,” she said. “But for now, I’m happy. I’m just too busy with work that I can’t be thinking of that right now.”
Beyond sharing love, the two are also both Buddhists. Orlando is a long time Buddhist and in February 2008, Miranda told People, which first reported news of the engagement, that she practiced “Japanese Buddhism.”
“At the heart of it all, it’s about practicing peace,” she said.
