The wait for “Outlander” just got a little shorter.
Starz announced on Friday that the series premiere will be available beginning August 2 on various outlets.
According to the network, the first episode, titled “Sassenach” (which also means “Outlander” and becomes a nickname for Caitriona Balfe’s Claire Beauchamp Randall), will be available on select U.S. cable, satellite, and Telco Affiliates starting August 2.
It will also be available on Starz.com/Outlander, Starz’s “Outlander” Twitter and Facebook pages, and the network’s YouTube page.
