Pamela Anderson Files For A Temporary Restraining Order Against Rick Salomon

Pamela Anderson filed a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband, Rick Salomon, on Friday.

The court papers, filed on March 13, 2015, allege that Salomon “has invaded [Anderson’s] privacy by taking pictures of her without her knowledge, and now seeks to publicly disclose photos and private information to cause [Anderson] shock, embarrassment and distress. [Salomon’s] only motivation to send the underlying text messages and emails is to threaten [Anderson] and disturb her peace.”

Later in the document, Anderson’s declaration states that she received text messages from Salomon that “contained nude pictures of me that [he] took without my knowledge or consent, and of which I was unaware that he had until I received them.”

Anderson also provided detailed and specific examples of instances in which she alleges her ex harassed her with name calling, threatened her with violence and withheld her ability to access money.

“[Salomon] is controlling, physically, verbally and financially abusive. His anger towards me has increased and escalated, and his attempts to contact me both directly and indirectly, is disturbing my peace. I respectfully request that the court grant my request for a restraining order that [Salomon] be restrained from contacting me, either directly or indirectly, and a spousal support award,” she declared in the court papers.

The model and actress alleges in the papers that Salomon has sent disturbing messages and images to her business manager and her driver after she claims to have changed her phone number and email address in an effort to prevent Salomon from contacting her.

On Saturday, Anderson’s attorney, Fred Silberberg, provided Access Hollywood with a new statement regarding the matter.

“It has been, and remains, Ms. Anderson’s desire to resolve the issues surrounding her divorce in a peaceful manner. It is unfortunate that Mr. Salomon apparently is not of the same mindset. Rather than coming forward to sit down and discuss the resolution of this matter, he continues to keep his whereabouts unknown while engaging in conduct that caused Ms. Anderson to seek protection from the court. We remain willing to discuss bringing this matter to a close with Mr. Salomon should he choose to come forward and do so,” the statement reads.

Access also received a statement from Salomon’s attorney, Richard Schonfeld, on Saturday.

“He was never served with the application for the protective order and therefore he’s not in a position to make any comment,” the lawyer said.

The court papers also show that Anderson is requesting spousal support from Salomon due to the “high standard of living” she had grown accustomed to during their marriage, which she said included the purchase of expensive vehicles and taking numerous lavish vacations both internationally and domestically.

The next court date regarding the case is scheduled for April 3.

Anderson filed for divorce from Salomon – a professional poker player – on February 11, 2015 in California. He later responded by filing for an annulment on February 18, 2015 in the state of Nevada.

The former couple, both 47, first married on October 6, 2007, but that union was annulled. The two rekindled their romance and wed for a second time on January 9, 2014. According to Us Weekly, Anderson filed for divorce from Salomon on July 3, 2014, but did not go through with that request for divorce.

The former “Baywatch” star and Playmate was previously married to Tommy Lee from 1995 to 1998 with whom she shares two sons, Brandon, 18, and Dylan, 17. She also was also married to Kid Rock from August 2006 to February 2007.
