A hit and run report has been filed against Benji Madden, Access Hollywood has learned.
At approximately 1:30 AM Friday morning, Benji Madden and girlfriend Paris Hilton were leaving Hollywood hotspot Foxtail when the paparazzi swarmed their car.
As the couple attempted to leave the parking lot, Benji allegedly ran over a paparazzo’s foot, and did not stop.
The allegedly injured photographer drove himself to the hospital and attempted to file a police report over the phone while en route to seek medical attention, the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department told Access. Despite the paparazzo’s attempt to get a jump-start on his paper work, the Sheriff’s Department said reports cannot be filed over the phone.
The photographer arrived at the Sheriff’s Department between 5 and 6 AM to file a hit and run report against Benji Madden.
