The heiress took a spill on Sunday while trying to evade the shutterbugs abroad.
Later in the day, Paris was photographed with a bruised chin leaving the Good Charlotte concert at the Congress Center.
The chaos continued as her bodyguards fended off throngs of photo-snapping paparazzi, as she made her way to the tour bus of boyfriend and Good Charlotte rocker, Benji Madden.
Paris has been accompanying Benji while Good Charlotte is on tour.
