Christie Brinkley is returning to the seventh and final season of NBC’s “Parks and Recreation,” and a couple of other familiar faces — Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones – are also likely to come back.
Jim O’Heir, who plays Christie’s bumbling husband Jerry told Access Hollywood on set on Friday, “I can tell you she’s in the last season. She’s definitely in the last season.”
Executive Producer Mike Schur told Access that he and his fellow producers made a list of the people they want back for Season 7, and, “Rob and Rashida were 1 and 2 on that list.”

“I don’t want to say conclusively,” the EP said, nodding his head, in what seemed like a confirmation, “But everything is going to be fine.”
“Parks and Recreation” returns early next year on NBC.
