Patrick Dempsey and wife Jillian Fink are ending their 15-year marriage.
“It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage,” the couple told People in a joint statement on Friday. “Our primary concern remains the wellbeing of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family’s privacy at this very sensitive time.”

The now-former couple is parents to three kids – Tallulah Fyfe, 12, and twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen, 7.
According to the magazine, the “Grey’s Anatomy” star was in Daytona Beach, Fla., for a racing event when his wife filed the divorce papers.
