Patrick Dempsey and his wife, Jillian, welcomed twin boys into the world this afternoon in Los Angeles.
Their names are Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen.
No other details are known at this time.
Interestingly, the children’s middle names are taken from their dad, Patrick Galen Dempsey.
According to their rep, “The family is resting comfortably, and they’re excited.”
Dempsey, 41, plays “Dr. McDreamy / Derek Shepherd” on the hit show, “Grey’s Anatomy.”
The couple have one other child together, a 4-year old daughter, Talula.
